Very disturbing how animals are treated in puppy mills. I've seen too many videos of how animals live in these puppy mills and it's just sad. I've always loved dogs but I didn't really think much of any of this up until I got a dog of my own. "The sole focus of puppy mills is profit. Many dogs that come from puppy mills are born with health, behavioral, and socialization issues. Puppy mills are inhumane, breeding dogs are neglected, starved, and left without any medical care". These poor animals don't get to live a normal happy life. Instead they are stuck living in these horrible conditions. Every animal deserves a good home.
I agree with you about this disgusting industry! One of my dogs was actually rescued from a puppy mill. She still has a few problems related to this such as she gets aggressive when she feels anxious about people approaching her too fast. I have worked with her on it and she is getting much better. She is also very food aggressive from having to fight for anything she received before. These issues have been a problem but with a lot of work she is overcoming them a little at a time. She also is the most loving and loyal pet. I hate that she had to go through so much in her short life just because someone wanted to make a few bucks.
OMG...I am a big dog person. I hate when people mistreat dogs, well all animals. I have been wanting to adopt a dog for my boys, I dont really have the time with me being a single mom and full time student. Hopefully, sometime soon I will be done with school and have more time.
Yesenia--Your blog is coming along fairly well. You have some interesting topics for discussion, your writing flows fairly well, and you have some good visual appeal. You do have room to dig deeper into your analysis. Work on developing your discussions further. Analyze and create significance for your audience.
